Welcome to LIA Basketball — where learning the game is just as fun as playing it! In our program, you’ll build your skills in dribbling, passing, shooting, spacing, cutting, and working as a team on offense and defense. You’ll practice with awesome coaches, play in real games, and finish the season with our super fun “Champs for the Day” game! LIA Basketball is open to boys and girls from Kindergarten to 6th grade, and we follow the cool rules and standards from USA Basketball — the people who help run basketball across the country. Get ready to learn, play, and have a blast on the court!

Welcome to LIA Wrestling — where strength, confidence, and fun come together on the mat! This beginner-friendly program is perfect for boys and girls from Kindergarten to 6th grade who want to learn the basics of wrestling in a safe and supportive environment. Our awesome coaches will teach you moves like takedowns, escapes, and pins, while helping you build balance, coordination, and confidence. You’ll practice with your teammates, learn important skills, and even get a chance to show what you’ve learned in fun match-style events. No experience needed — just bring your energy and get ready to wrestle!

LIA Flag Football is open to boys and girls from Kindergarten to 6th grade.
